This is a simple and effective way to improve store-bought tortillas. You’ll even have some tangy lime salt left over to use on fish, poultry, soups and salads.

SALT WITH LIME
- Zest of 4 limes
- 175 mL (¾ cup) sea salt
LIME FLAVORED TORTILLAS

- 5 mL (1 tsp.) lime salt, or to taste
HOW TO :

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine lime peel and salt well. Sprinkle salt evenly over baking sheet.
