Ingredients
- 1 Flatout® Light Flatbread
- 2 strips extra-lean uncooked turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup red and/or green peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute
- 1/4 cup shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Prepare egg beaters and turkey bacon according to instructions on package. Chop red and green pepper. If desired, warm Flatout in microwave on medium for 10 seconds.
- On one rounded end of Flatout, layer cooked eggs and bacon, sprinkle shredded cheese and peppers.
- Gently pick up filled end of the Flatout, roll flatbread tightly, cut in half and enjoy!
