Western Omelet Flatout Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 Flatout® Light Flatbread
  • 2 strips extra-lean uncooked turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup red and/or green peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute
  • 1/4 cup shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare egg beaters and turkey bacon according to instructions on package. Chop red and green pepper. If desired, warm Flatout in microwave on medium for 10 seconds.
  2. On one rounded end of Flatout, layer cooked eggs and bacon, sprinkle shredded cheese and peppers.
  3. Gently pick up filled end of the Flatout, roll flatbread tightly, cut in half and enjoy!
