YOU’ll need:
- 2 tbsp chocolate PBfit
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp sugar free maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in a mug.
- Mcrowave for 60 to 90 seconds.
i added sugar free hersheys syrup, but it didn’t need it. it was really yummy!!

Does the mug cake taste like peanut butter at all? I am not a fan of pb. 😊

The photo would leave one to believe that this cake would have a bit of a pudding-type layer with it. When I made it, it was very dry. Did I do something wrong?

Maybe you Overdid it in the microwave!
