Ingredients:

  • Skinless Boneless chicken
  • buttermilk
  • flour
  • corn starch
  • spices
  • brioche buns

To get the essential size chicken fillet:

  1. take a meat mallet to each piece of boneless chicken and pound down to about 1/2 inch of thickness
  2. Cut crosswise so that you end up with a chicken cutlet about the same size as your buns

Buttermilk:
Using buttermilk gives the chicken the old school southern flavor It also helps the Christ to gets those crispy morsels on the chicken

Cornstarch:
Cornstarch helps make the crust extra extra crispy

The Bun:

No other bun will do
The Brioche Bun is firm yet soft and will definitely take this sandwich to the next dimension
It will also give it that fast food joint flavor

To make the spicy mayo sauce:

  1. Combine 1/2 cup of mayo with 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
  2. Use a teaspoon of paprika and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder You will next need to mix this concoction
  3. The sauce will give you Sandwich a little kick
  4. Have with some chips or home cut fries
