Tasty Taco Casserole takes all your favorite taco flavors and puts them into an easy-to-make one-dish dinner that the whole family will love!

When feeding a crowd, we don’t always like the taco assembly line, or take the time to make each taco individually. Enter: the taco casserole. All your favorite taco flavors in casserole form. It’s quick and easy to assemble, and great for feeding a crowd, or even just a big family! Bonus: leftovers taste good the next day!

How to prepare Taco Casserole ??

Ingredients

° 1 pound minced meat
° 16 oz can of refried beans
° 1 c chunky sauce
° 1 kilo taco seasoning
° 2 cups mashed tortilla chips, plus extra for garnish
° 2 cups mexican cheese mix shredded cheese
° 1 large tomato chopped
° 3 chopped green onions
° 2 c chopped lettuce

Directione :

  1. Fry the minced meat in a frying pan and drain the fat. Add the fried beans, taco seasoning, and sauce. Cooking about 5 min, & removing from heat.
  2. In a 9 * 13 casserole plate, spread 2 m. tortilla chips round bottom. Distribute meat mixture equally on the face. Topping them wiith 1 1/2 degree cheese, Semi the green onions, & half chopped tomatoes. Baking at 350 degrees for 21 min .
  3. Remove from the oven and place on top of the shredded lettuce, the remaining green onions, tomatoes, a few chips, and then the remaining cheese.
