Smoked Sausage and Potato Bake

Simple, easy and delicious! Sometimes I make this with veggies, carrots, zucchini, broccoli and a little cheese on top, it goes well with the seasoning. I don’t like sausage very much so I make it with ham! Try it, you will love it!

Ingredients:

° 1 package smoked sausage without skin.
° 8 golden potatoes, cut into quarters.
° 1 green capsicum cutting to cubes.
° 1 yellow pepper, cut into cubes.
° 2 tablespoons of butter.
° 1 teaspoon of thyme.
° 1 teaspoon basil.
° Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
° 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Prepare:

Heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
In a saucepan, arrange the sausage, potatoes and pepper and put the butter on top in small cubes. Drizzle with oil olive and&season.
Bake covered for 40 to 50 minutes.
