There’s nothing like a juice shake to get your day off to a healthy start. Made with yogurt, berries and a touch of maple, this rich and delicious smoothie is sure to be one of your favourite breakfasts.

Ingredients
- 250 mL (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
- 125 mL (½ cup) blueberries
- 125 mL (½ cup) strawberries, halved
- 125 mL (½ cup) raspberries
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- (or 250 ml/1 cup of frozen mango)
- 30 mL (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
- 125 mL (½ cup) soy milk
- 2 or 3 ice cubes
How to
Place all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth.
Tips
For an extra healthy boost, add 30 mL (2 tbsp.) of ground flaxseed, flaxseed oil or wheat germ. You can alsosubstitute yogurt type with regular yogurt.
