Ingredients
- 250 mL (1 cup) raw cashews
- 250 mL (1 cup) raw almonds
- 250 mL (1 cup) raw hazelnuts
- 250 mL (1 cup) raw pistachios
- 250 mL (1 cup) Shreddies
- 250 mL (1 cup) toasted oat cereal
- 125 mL (½ cup) shelled sunflower seeds
- 75 mL (⅓ cup) olive oil
- 5 mL (1 tsp.) sea salt
- 2 mL (½ tsp.) smoked paprika
- Ground pepper
- 250 mL (1 cup) pretzel sticks
- 250 mL (1 cup) mini cheese crackers
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, Shreddies cereal, and sunflower seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, and ground pepper.
- Pour the oil mixture over the nut mixture and stir until the nuts and cereal are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture out evenly on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After 15 minutes, add the pretzel sticks and mini cheese crackers to the baking sheet and mix everything together.
- Let the party mix cool completely, then transfer it to an airtight container for storage.

* For a sweeter version of this mix, add in some milk chocolate chips or dried cranberries.
* You can also adjust the seasoning to your preference by adding more or less salt, paprika or pepper.
