HOW TO MAKE LEMON BUTTER BAKED SHRIMP?

This is an excellent method to prepare shrimp: In the oven, it is fried in a buttery sauce with garlic, and ended with a white wine vinaigrette.

In my family, It’s known as Magical Baked Shrimp because it’s too simple to prepare but tastes like a million bucks. It’s literally Shrimp Scampi cooked in the oven!

You can’t get the same caramelization from baking shrimp in the oven as you can from searing prawns on the stove or grill, which implies less flavor.

And, to be honest, shrimp is expensive as compared to other popular proteins. So I’m not going to make any concessions while I prepare it!

Note :

So here are the two elements in this recipe that give it a boost to compensate for the flavor loss caused by the fact that we can’t caramelize shrimp in the oven:
• White wine vinaigrette; In a bottle, I squeeze two large lemons, and I added a spoon of white wine. This vinaigrette gives our baked shrimp a dangerous taste!!!
• The last layer of grated parmesan cheese; This layer how gives our dish a great texture.
So.

To make a seriously amazing baked shrimp, don’t skip these two essential additions.

THE LIST OF ALL INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED to make Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp:

470 grams.Of peeled and deveined raw shrimp.

A stick.Of butter. I melted it in the microwave.

4 minced garlic cloves.

2 sliced lemons into circles.

2 large spoons.Of ìItalian seasoning.

1 Large spoon.Of dried parsley leaves.

1 small spoon.Of ground black pepper.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1:

Before starting, I set the temperature of my oven at 170 degrees Celsius= 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2:

In a safe bowl, I melted the butter in the microwave for around 50 seconds, then I transferred it to a large mixing bowl, then I added the minced garlic.

Step 3:

I spread the butter-garlic combo in a large skillet, and as the first layer, I laid the lemon slices.

Step 4:

After that, I arranged evenly the peeled shrimp over the lemon slices, and I used Italian seasonings to dust the peeled shrimp.

Step 5:

At this point, on top of the shrimps, I sprinkled the parsley leaves and chili powder, and I baked for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 6:

And finally, I used parmesan cheese to have a creamy mixture, I sprinkled a cup of grated Parmesan Cheese on the top.

Step 7:

Once done, I served it warm, with a green salad and other side dishes!
