INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lbs total)
- 1 medium-size tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tsp “Lawry’s Fire roasted Chili & Garlic Blend Seasoning”
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix the tomatoes, onions, cilantro, green onions and 1/2 tsp of the seasoning together in a medium bowl until well blended.
