Grilled Chicken-Pico de Gallo Meal

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lbs total)
  • 1 medium-size tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp “Lawry’s Fire roasted Chili & Garlic Blend Seasoning”

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix the tomatoes, onions, cilantro, green onions and 1/2 tsp of the seasoning together in a medium bowl until well blended.
2. Cover.
3. Refrigerate 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
