How To Make Potato Pancakes?
Ingredients :
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- For the filling:
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 green leaf
- Mozzarella
- Salt, to taste
- A small spoonful of curry
- A small spoon of turmeric
- frying oil
- For grilling / 1 egg
Instructions:
Step 1:
Add warm water to the yeast and leave it aside until the yeast dissolves.
Step 2:
Mix the dry materials well with some.
Step 3:
Add the egg and butter to the dissolved yeast and mix them together well.
Step 4:
Add the dry materials to the egg, butter, and yeast mixture, knead it well and add a little butter if needed so that the dough is soft and coherent.
Step 5:
Put the dough inside a large buttered butter, cover the dough in a warm place, and leave it until it ferments.
Step 6:
Chop the potato and capsicum and fry it with a little oil and add a little salt, curry, and turmeric to it until it becomes tender, then let it cool slightly.
Step 7:
When the dough is leavened, cut the dough into small pieces and make circular discs from them and place them in an oven tray, and they are greased with a little oil.
Step 8:
Put the filling in equal quantities on the round discs and then add the mozzarella cheese over the filling.
Step 9:
We enter the tray in an oven at a high temperature and roast the tray first from below while watching it so that it does not burn.
Step 10:
Then roast the tablets from above until they take a golden color and the cheese melts.
