Ingredients
- 1 Flatout® Thin Crust Flatbread Heritage Wheat
- 1/3 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 medium pear , sliced
- 1 Tbsp pecan pieces
- 1/2 cup mixed baby greens
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
On the Grill:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Pre-bake the flatbread on the grill for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Top with cheeses, pear and pecans. Return flatbread to grill; close lid. Cook 4 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together oil and vinegar in a small bowl.
- Remove flatbread from heat; top with greens and drizzle with balsamic mixture.
In the Oven:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place flatbread on a cookie sheet. Bake for two minutes.
- Remove and top with cheeses, pear and pecans. Bake for an additional four minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together oil and vinegar in a small bowl. Remove flatbread from oven; top with greens and drizzle with balsamic mixture.
