Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 30 mL (2 tbsp.) grated Parmesan cheese
- 30 mL (2 tbsp.) whipping cream (35%)
- 15 mL (1 tbsp.) parsley, chopped
- 15 mL (1 tbsp.) chives, chopped Salt and pepper
- 15 mL (1 tbsp.) butter
- 15 mL (1 tbsp.) olive oil
How to
In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Whisk in Parmesan, cream, parsley, chives, salt and pepper.
Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly, until eggs are cooked but still creamy. Serve.
