Ingredients

1/2 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic,minced
1 8 ounce can (1 cup) seasoned tomato sauce
1/ 2 teaspoon each chili powder, monosodium glutamate, and salt

Directions

Brown ground beef slowly but throughly, breaking with a fork till fine. Add remaining ingredients; simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Makes sauce for 12 Coney Islands. (hot dogs)
