Quick Easy Cheese Puffs

This easy recipe will create scrumptious cheese puffs in one-two-three. Perfect for breakfast or lunch, or simply as a quick snack when you are hungry but too busy to cook, these cheese puffs can be frozen, re-heated and enjoyed at your convenience!

How about some cheese puffs as a side dish ? I love these puffs so much I can eat them all day! Check out my recipe and know what I’m talking about.

You’ll Need:

  • ½ cup of milk.
  • 1 lightly beaten egg.
  • 2 cups of grated cheese.
  • 1 cup of self rising flour.
  • 3 diced bacon rashers.
  • 1 diced small onion.

How to:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the egg and milk and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Drop large teaspoons of the mixture into a lined baking tray with baking paper.
  3. In a preheated oven to 200C bake for 20 minutes and Voila!
  4. Easy, peasy and cheesy! These puffs are super easy to make and insanely delicious! You should definitely try these out, you won’t regret it.
