Drain a 6-ounce can of chunk white tuna packed in water and place in a bowl.
Mix with
1/4-cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons minced red onion
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 tablespoons golden raisins
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Place a bed of Boston or Bibb lettuce on each of two plates and divide tuna between them.
