This crisp has a loose and juicy filling.

To Make this Recipe You’Il Need the following ingredients:

Ingredients

Fruit

  • 1 (16 ounce) bags frozen mixed berries or 1 (16 ounce) bags cherries or 1 (16 ounce) bags blueberries
  • 1 (7/8 ounce) box jello sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, cook and serve
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup nonfat milk

Crisp

  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
  • 8 ounces plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions

  1. Spray an 8X8 baking pan.$
  2. Mix the fruit ingredients in the pan and stir well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together crisp mix.
  4. Spread this mixture over the berry mixture to make a top crust.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes or until topping gets crunchy.
