INGREDIENTS
- 6 ears of corn, husks and silks removed
- 10 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place corn on a large piece of heavy duty foil.
- Melt butter in a small skillet and add ranch dressing, onion powder, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
- Brush butter over corn on all sides.
- Seal the foil around the corn to form a sealed packet.
- Cook corn over indirect fire with the grill lid shut with a temperature of about 350° for 20 – 30 minutes.
- Remove packet from grill and open carefully, it may steam.
- Place corn on a serving tray and top with crispy bacon crumbles.
