Grilled Corn on the Cob is one of our go-to side dishes on the grill. It’s so simple to make in a foil packet and this recipe ramps up the flavor with butter with ranch and crispy bacon.

Simple and easy ! My whole family loves this recipe so much. If it were for them, I’d be making this every day! Give it a shot, you’ll love it!

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 ears of corn, husks and silks removed
  • 10 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place corn on a large piece of heavy duty foil.
  2. Melt butter in a small skillet and add ranch dressing, onion powder, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
  3. Brush butter over corn on all sides.
  4. Seal the foil around the corn to form a sealed packet.
  5. Cook corn over indirect fire with the grill lid shut with a temperature of about 350° for 20 – 30 minutes.
  6. Remove packet from grill and open carefully, it may steam.
  7. Place corn on a serving tray and top with crispy bacon crumbles.
