  • 1 ½ Cups Pineapple
  • ¾ Cup low-fat Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor and blend until no large chunks appear.
  2. Can be kept in the fridge for a day and still be served.
  3. Serve within 24 hours for best results and taste.
