TERIYAKI STEAK NOODLES

For this simple recipe, beef steaks are marinated in teriyaki sauce before roasting in a skillet. Add Chinese noodles to teriyaki beef, along with Chinese cabbage and carrots for a crunchy winter vegetable.

Ingredients

350g Chinese noodles

Preparation-teriyaki-sauce:

° 1/2 cup (125 ml) light soy sauce
° 80ml (1/3 cup) hoisin sauce
° 45 ml (3 tablespoons) mirin
° 30 ml (2 tablespoons) sesame oil (unroasted)
° 30 ml (2 tablespoons) honey
° 15 ml (1 tsp) chop ginger
° 10 ml (2 tsp) mince garlic
° 10 ml (2 teaspoons) cornstarch
° Fried beef
° 1 onion
° 1 yellow pepper
° 1 red pepper
° 450 g (1 lb) inside round steak or sirloin
° 30 ml (2 tablespoons) sesame oil (unroasted)
° 250gm sweet peas (peas)
° 2 green-onions, thinly slice ​​(optional)

Preparation:

  • In a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook noodles until tender. instillation;
  • In a bowl, whisk the teriyaki sauce ingredients. For reservations.
  • Chop onions and peppers. Cut the steaks into slices.
  • In fry pan or skillet, heat oil on heat. Cook onions, peppers, and sweet peas for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Reserve on a plate.
  • In the same skillet, cook the beef steaks, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Pour the sauce and bring to a boil.
  • Stir in pasta and preserved vegetables. Heat one minute over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • If desired, garnish with green onions when ready to serve.
