AVOCADO TACOS – Pioneer COOKERY

AVOCADO TACOS

Ingredients :

° 1 pound minced meat
° 1 packet taco seasoning
° ½ chopped onion
° 1 c shredded taco cheese
° 4 tablespoons. sour cream
° 4 tablespoons. salsa
° ¼ C. chopped green onion
° 2 ripe avocados

Directions :

  1. Heat ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove. Cook until the meat is completely cooked and the onions are soft. Sprinkle with the taco seasoning and stir the meat until combined.
  2. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pot.
  3. Extract the pulp from the inside of the avocado.
  4. Fill avocado peels with taco meat and cover with shredded cheese, sour cream, and sauce.
  5. Add green onions for garnish before serving.
