How To Make Taco Casserole?

I make it for late nights dinner, it’s very delicious.

INGREDIENTS :

1 1/2 pounds ground beef.

1 medium onion, finely diced.

2 diced scallions.

2 sliced tomatoes.

2 tablespoons cilantro.

1 cup of heavy cream.

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

Cajun season (for cheese sauce) and sour cream to top.

3 tablespoons butter.

INSTRUCTIONS :

STEP 1:

I browned meat in a large skillet, I add 1 teaspoon of salt and another one of black pepper.

STEP 2:

I brought heavy cream and butter to a boil, then I added cheddar cheese slowly until thickens.

STEP 3:

I added Cajun season to spice, diced onion, tomatoes, and cilantro, and mix well,

STEP 4:

In an aluminum pan, I layered tortilla, meat, cheese sauce, and I continued for 3 layers.

STEP 5:

And I baked for 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 400 degrees F.

STEP 6:

For the topping, I used sour cream and diced scallions.
