HOW TO MAKE BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE WITH BACON?

Many of your favorite baked flavors are baked into a fluffy cheesy potato casserole in Baked Potato Casserole!
The ultimate comfort food dish is Baked Potato Casserole! This casserole is fast and simple to prepare, and it’s one of our favorite side dishes!

This casserole is ideal for every holiday meal or party. This casserole would be a success with your family and friends if they like potatoes. My family adores potatoes, and as we get together, I’m still searching for different ways to cook them. I made these for our Labour Day weekend cookout recently, and they were a massive success. This recipe may be doubled or split in half for a smaller party. It stays for a long time in the refrigerator and can be reheated in the oven or microwave.

The best thing about this recipe is that it can be used in a multitude of forms. You should cook potatoes in a Crock-Pot or use leftover potatoes. If you’re in a hurry, you can also cook the potatoes with a few garlic cloves. Too easy!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

Five lbs. Of Gold potatoes, I baked them before using them.

4 medium Green onions, I chopped them.

Two lbs.Of cooked bacon, I chopped it!

2 Cups.Of Sour cream.

2 Cups.Of shredded Mozzarella Cheese.

2 Cups.Of shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese.

1/2 small sp.Of Kosher salt.

1/2 small sp.Of Ground black pepper.

Follow the steps below to have the same casserole, and to try the real deliciousness of this baked /potato casserole:

Step 1 :

I set the oven on the regular temperature; 350 degrees Fahrenheit and I greased a baking dish with cooking spray, I set it aside for later.

Step 2:

Then, I mixed the baked potatoes in a dish with sour cream and blended well to combine, after that, I arranged the mixture in the prepared dish.

Step 3 :

In a large mixing bowl, I combined all the remaining ingredients except 2 green onions and 1 cup of cheddar cheese and I stir and spread it in the prepared pan over the potatoes.

Step 4 :

And then I baked the casserole at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 5 :

For serving!! I prefer to serve it warm, to enjoy the creamy melted cheeses and the real crunchiness of the potatoes!

I HOPE YOU’LL ENJOY IT!!
